Explore the relevance of spirituality to personal growth and transformation. We will also look at the understanding Eastern or Vedic spiritual philosophy. You will learn the core principles and belief of spirituality, discuss the significance of yoga, mantra, and mantra yoga. Some key concepts like karma, devotion, love in spirituality, reincarnation, work and personal well-being, and relationships will also be discussed.
