Yoga at The Loft is far more than a workout. With fun, casual sessions, engaging teachers and healthy, hearty vegetarian and vegan dining in the heart the city, our Yoga & Dinner programmes are a social experience. Unwind and re-energise Monday-Wednesday evenings, starting at 6pm.

Complimentary vegetarian dinner is provided after the class. Gluten Free and Vegan on request, please email or call ahead so the cooks know you are coming.

Schedule

Our sessions are suitable for all levels.
We encourage you to bring your own mat if you have one.
Please plan to arrive five to ten minutes before the scheduled class time to check in, store your belongings, and set up your yoga mat.
Please plan to stay the entire length of class. If you must leave, please let the receptionist know that you need to leave early at the beginning of class. ​
