Student, yo-pro, traveler? Not afraid to try something real? This one’s for you. You love a good night out, but you’re not here for rinse-and-repeat weekends. You want connection, energy, and something that actually sticks.
We’re flipping the script with a party that’s got all the vibe — and a little more underneath. Expect live mantra music, a fiery all-you-can-eat Mexicano feast (headlined by Birria Gorditas — yeah, we’re not playing), mocktails with flair (maybe even a jalapeño or two if you’re bold), and a one-of-a-kind talk from Devamrita Swami — a globally travelling monk who’ll leave you thinking long after the night’s done.
Where the food’s hot, the music’s live, and the speaker’s on fire.
Come solo or bring your crew.

Imagine stepping away from Auckland’s hustle into a world where golden sand stretches for a kilometer, native birds call from regenerating bush, and the sparkling Hauraki Gulf unfolds before you.
Imagine stepping away from Auckland’s hustle into a world where golden sand stretches for a kilometer, native birds call from regenerating bush, and the sparkling Hauraki Gulf unfolds before you. That’s Long Bay Regional Park, and honestly, it’s one of those places that makes you wonder why you haven’t been here sooner.

I have been going to the loft for a couple of years. I have attended most of their events, from volunteering to the Sundays fests and the bush walks. I have also been enjoying their food and what can I say! I have never tasted such delicious vegetarian food as what they cook here. I can’t believe you can get such amazing food for so low a price 😱😱😱.
I really recommend this place; full of lovely, humble and happy people❤️❤️. A place with space for everyone. 🌼🌞Thank You The Loft for all you give to the community in Auckland CBD!!!

I love the mellow tempo of the Hatha sessions at The Loft! From the very first time I visited I was made to feel welcome and part of the group. You are free to go at your own pace and encouraged to listen to what feels good for you. It’s just what I need after a long day in the office – the Shavasana is so soothing I’ll literally doze off at times! Following the yoga session you are presented with an absolute vegan feast! I’m constantly amazed at how good the food is – it’s the best meal I have all week, hands down!
All in all I would thoroughly recommend yoga and kai at The Loft, although don’t tell too many people – it’s the best kept secret in Auckland 🙂
