Vinyasa
Monday 6PM:Fluidly moving from one pose into another, the link between movement and breath is an essential part of the practice. This is an uptempo class with a strong and sweaty flow. It strengthens and tones the body, increases flexibility and helps improve balance; both physically and mentally.
Astanga
Tuesday 6PM:Move with purpose and intention, giving space and time to explore the poses and their effect on the body and mind. With time to modify poses to suit the practitioner's needs, this is a wonderful practice in discovering one’s personal limitations and learning how to move past those limitations, whether physical or mental.
Restorative Hatha
Wednesday 6PM:A good way to begin your yoga journey. Our Hatha Flow classes are vibrant, nourishing and smooth. The classes start gently, warm up with more movement and then powers to the finish with restorative "yin" poses to leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted.
