Types of guided meditation practise includes Pranayama (breathing), mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Visual Meditation, Emotional Blockage Release, EFT, chakra meditation, tarot meditations and Japa meditation. Throughout the session, you will find complete relaxation, explore personal issues that may be blocking self-development, release negative emotions and experience spiritual introspection.
