Beat the Monday blues with Dea with this free yoga session! If you’d like to squeeze in a lil’ more excitement, then you are welcome to join the Monday meditation class (which includes a vegan dinner & dessert), starting at 6pm (If you would like to join the meditation workshop, please book from our website).
Dea was introduced to yoga from a very early age. In 2020 Dea officially became certified completing her 200 hour training with Contemporary yoga NZ. Her classes inspire to improve wellness and commit to long term health and fitness goals, they can range from being challenging or easeful mentally and physically, as well as incorporating yoga tradition with philosophy and Sanskrit. She brings an energetic, positive, humorous spirit to every practice.
