Let’s rejoice though our Indian theme for this month.
You will be showed how to prepare a fragrant rice, cauliflower and potatoes in yoghurt sauce, cabbage salad, fried dal fritters (vadas) with coconut chutney, and classic dessert halava pudding.
The class is a cooking demonstration with a few hands on elements, all in a laid back, warm atmosphere. Seva will take you through the menu and share her tips and tricks and the meal will be shared after the class.
Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early as parking can be tricky in case of events at the Spark Arena.
Starts at 4.30pm. Dinner served at 6pm.
