Dea was introduced to yoga from a very early age. In 2020 Dea officially became certified completing her 200 hours training with Contemporary yoga NZ. Her classes inspire to improve wellness and commit to long term health and fitness goals, they can range from being challenging or easeful mentally and physically, as well as incorporating yoga tradition with philosophy and Sanskrit. She brings an energetic, positive, humorous spirit to every practice.
Gitavali is an accomplished yogi from Canada. She has been teaching at The Loft for many years and her classes are a favourite amongst those looking for a relaxing, but energising evening of yoga and dinner.
Gitavali's Hatha Flow class is vibrant, nourishing and smooth. Open to all levels, it's a good night to begin your yoga journey. It starts gently, warms up with more movement and then powers to the finish with restorative "yin" poses to leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. Complimentary vegetarian meal after the class.
