Join Lisa every Thursday night for a balanced Yang-Yin flow. This practice will begin with a dynamic sequence to warm up and stretch the body, followed by a restorative second half aimed at releasing tension, calming both the body and mind. Classes are suited to all levels, designed with mindful sequencing and taught in a way that expands body awareness and deepens the connection back to our true universal nature.
