Join Lisa every Thursday night for a balanced Yang-Yin flow. This practice will begin with a dynamic sequence to warm up and stretch the body, followed by a restorative second half aimed at releasing  tension, calming  both the body and mind. Classes are suited to all levels, designed with mindful sequencing and taught in a way that expands body awareness and deepens the connection back to our true universal nature. Complimentary vegetarian meal after the class. Please email ahead of time for vegan and gluten free requirements.

Teacher Profile


After getting involved with yoga from a young age, Lisa travelled to India in 2017 to complete her teacher training in Vinyasa/Ashtanga yoga, knowing that she wanted to teach and share the benefits that yoga brought to her life. This year she will be continuing her study through The Ralston Method  TTC, here in Auckland.
