Tom Robinson will be hosting a yoga class focused on aligning breath, which anchors us in the present moment, with movement, which helps us to strengthen, purify and connect with our body. This creates a balanced system where energy can flow freely.

LiveBrew will also be giving away a month’s supply of Organic Probiotics to all participants.

Tom is a coach, and certified yoga and meditation teacher. His approach lies in guiding people to live in the present moment. All of our fears, negativity, anxiety and suffering begin with identifying with thoughts about the past or the future. When you live life in the present there is nothing to fear. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and spiritual and mindful coaching principles, he guides individuals toward a state of presence – establishing the foundation for peace, joy, and a deeply fulfilling life. Having personally experienced the depths of suffering that obsessive overthinking can create, he has found a pathway through, and it is now his mission to share this journey with others.
