Gitavali is an accomplished yogi from Canada. She has been teaching at The Loft for many years and her classes are a favourite amongst those looking for a relaxing, but energising evening of yoga and dinner. Gitavali's Hatha Flow class is vibrant, nourishing and smooth. Open to all levels, it's a good night to begin your yoga journey. It starts gently, warms up with more movement and then powers to the finish with restorative "yin" poses to leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. Complimentary vegetarian meal after the class. Please email ahead of time for vegan and gluten-free requirements.

A high intensity, low impact workout which uses your whole body, so prepare to work hard and see results fast. You will lengthen and strengthen your muscles while optimizing your health in this carefully designed fun and high energy class. Come and get amongst it! Wind down after class over vegan dinner and dessert (meal included in class price)
