Bri is a passionate vinyasa and hatha yoga teacher who strongly believes that yoga is not about the poses being perfect, at all. It’s about being present and connecting the mind and body. Her practice is dedicated to creating a sequence of poses in which some may be difficult but learning to breathe and stay in the moment. Tools that we can take off the mat with us and bring into the current world. Bri finds that in the current world we’re living in it is very fast-paced and can generate a lot of stress. Bri will guide you on the mat to get you out of your mind and flow at the moment through your body. Bri’s aim is to calm the monkey mind, shifting your energy and awareness to right here and right now. Bri has a warm energy and creates an open, non-judgemental and supportive environment for all of her students.
