Danielle has been teaching yoga for over 3 years, and found her passion while she was travelling abroad. First drawn to the philosophy, then to the physical poses, she found the practice of yoga was able to answer some of her big questions about life. Her inquisitiveness weaves it's way into her teaching style, as she invites you to get curious about body, breath, and movement. She advocates for a holistic approach to practicing, incorporating mind, body, and spirit, plus a balance of intuition and tradition, to bring you towards the best version of yourself.

Bri is a passionate vinyasa and hatha yoga teacher who strongly believes that yoga is not about the poses being perfect, at all. It’s about being present and connecting the mind and body. Her practice is dedicated to creating a sequence of poses in which some may be difficult but learning to breathe and stay in the moment. Tools that we can take off the mat with us and bring into the current world. Bri finds that in the current world we’re living in it is very fast paced and can generate a lot of stress. Bri will guide you on the mat to get you out of your mind and flow in the moment through your body. Bri’s aim is to calm the monkey mind, shifting your energy and awareness to right here and right now. Bri has warm energy and creates an open, non-judgemental and supportive environment for all of her students.

Hi my name is Emily, I am really excited to be able to start teaching here at the Yoga Loft. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for the last 8 years and it has captured my heart. Recently I took the plunge to become a 200 hour certified yoga teacher for myself in order to gain more knowledge for my own personal practice. However, I loved my teacher training so much I headed straight to India and became 500 hour certified. I have studied many forms of yoga and meditation over the years and love to combine that knowledge with my skills as a Reiki practitioner into each of my classes. I have recently moved to Auckland to start a degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and love all things holistic health. I can't wait to meet you all and help you in your yoga journey.
